How lovely has the sunny weather been recently? It’s definitely made me feel very summery, especially with my make-up choices! One of my favourite new summer products is from Clinique – their Chubby Stick Moisturising lip colour balm (£14) It consists of a highly moisturising formula combining a special blend of decadent butters, oils and antioxidants to help protect and pamper lips with immediate and lasting moisturisation. Infused with Shea Butter, Mango Seed Butter and Jojoba Seed Oil, it delivers a surge of moisture in a sleek stick leaving lips soft, supple and soothed. I love shade 7 – Super Strawberry, it tastes delicious and feels so smooth when you apply to your lips. It also gives your lips a lovely tint , so I have been using a lot thoughtout the day as it’s much lighter than lipstick.
They are available to buy at Clinique counters very soon, from 15th April. If you buy one new lip product this summer then you must try this one.
Clinique also have teamed up with Selfridges Oxford Street to offer customers the chance to create their very own ‘Chubby Kiss’ in the exclusive Clinique ‘Chubby Photo Booth.’ Stationed at the Clinique counter, Selfridges Oxford Street the ‘Chubby Booth' will be available to every customer who takes advantage of a complimentary Clinique lip consultation on the 16th & 17th of April. Customers will be treated to a custom-fit consultation using the chubby stick of their choice before entering the ‘Chubby Photo Booth’ to pucker up and pout for the camera. The 4 passport sized photos develop in a matter of minutes and can be taken home on the day, encased in an exclusive Clinique picture wallet.
The fun continues following the event when each set of photos will be uploaded to the Clinique UK Facebook page and participants can log on to www.facebook.com/cliniqueuk to tag themselves in their very own Chubby picture.
